So, what is the Gospel?

Salvation Belongs to the LORD! Psalm 3:8

• God’s creation was very good. Genesis 1:31

• God created us to know Him, love Him, and to live for His good purpose. Genesis 2

• Sin fractured our relationship with God and tainted the purpose of our lives. Genesis 3

• Our sin keeps us from measuring up to God’s perfect standards. Romans 3:23

• The result of our sin is spiritual death. Romans 6:23

• God graciously made a way for us, through Jesus Christ, to be restored to a right relationship with Him. Romans 5:8; John 3:16-17; Ephesians 2:8-9

• God invites us back into a right relationship with Himself through repentance and faith in His son, Jesus Christ, and restores the purpose of our lives. Romans 10:9-10

• This restoration restores our hope and allows us to live with God forever. 1 Peter 1:3-5
